Check for cloak with regenerative enchantment in horse's saddle bag.
Or
Check for Saddle blanket of protection and regeneration: +1 Dodge, 1+ Regen (only usable by horse). Price 5000 gp.
Apply bonus to horse.
Travelling with the horse is a hazzle but quite fun! But not so funny when in an area with no resting and out of healing kits.
