Song of Requiem Question

Song of Requiem requires 21 bard levels. Just wondering if Dissonant Chord levels count toward those 21 bard levels. Like does 16 bard + 5 dis chord work?
I don't see any info on the BG wiki indicating that's the case, but JEGS seems to count the DC levels so looking for one of you head honchos to help advise. Thanks.

It needs 20 songs, not bard levels. Dissonant Chord counts towards the song number, as any other prc that progresses songs.

[I got a chuckle out of how autocorrect changes "mrm" to "mom". Not too far off base, keeping us kids in line and all!]

Are you sure about this?
I have a 22 bard, 5 DC with only 22 songs.

Beyond 20 songs only bard (and strictly bard) levels matters unfortunately, no known way to change that as the songs 21-30 are not feats anymore but mysterious things hidden in the engine.
