Hi!
I'm coming back after a pretty long break and I've found my character vault to be empty. I'm using a new CD Key so I'm not sure if that might be the cause. I've done some light searching on the forums, but haven't found much.
Any help would be appreciated!

I'm also returning after a hiatus of just a few to six months and seem to have lost all of my characters despite using the same CD keys. If any DM could provide assistance that would be great (Thought I'd might be better to just use an existing thread rather than create another - sorry if i'm breaking a policy by necro'ing an old thread), Cheers.
