Epic Greater Ruin is apparently bugged out. This explains why it keeps failing despite me disjunctioning enemies beforehand to break past their SR.
A healing spell removed my health. I am not certain this is a bug because it might be removing false life or something?

Finally I have a katana that is suppose to have a DC 14 on hit kill elementals. It does not cause elementals in the grey peaks to roll at all for it. However it seems every once in a blue moon the fire giants there do. It probably doesn't matter as they likely have more then 14 fortitude. Just found it odd that the classifications are so strange.
