Hi there. Straight to business:

Description of Archmage's Feat "High Arcana: Spell-Like Ability " declares, that "An archmage who selects this type of high arcana can use one of her arcane spell slots to permanently prepare one of her arcane spells as a spell-like ability that can be used twice per day (for level 7-9), three times per day (for level 4-6) or four times per day (for level 1-3)."
If I am intended to play as a Sorcerer, must I "know" prepared spell, or I can just pick it from the list, without actually learning it on level previously?
There is nothing in PHB about it as well, and I am interested about how it will look better lore-wise.

On the BGTSCC Wiki is a list of current selectable SLA spells (it is a limited list, but good ol Le Valefort might add some more in the coming months!).
