Server Availability Schedule

I've been trying find the server schedule, if such exists, for when it will be online.

Does such a schedule exist?

When is the server usually online, because curren't it says it offline.

Oh, right - that makes sense. I assume the server should be up 24/7 then with the exception of resets and maintenence?
