Greater 2weapon defense

Hello! Can you help me with this question? On forum in a topic "Custom and new feats changes" says that greater 2weapon defense disabled, but on a bgtscc Wiki this feat looks as enable. So where's thruth? And what bout feats greater 2weapon fighting and perfect 2weapon fighting, is it work both?

Greater two-weapon defense is available, greater and perfect two-weapon fighting as well.

Could this be clarified please?
Feat ID 3194 in feats.2da "FEAT_GTR_2WPN_DEFENSE" doesn't show up in the cls_feat_fight.2da, but it should be able to be selected as a fighter bonus feat?
