no spawns on haunted house 2-nd floor ?

I was there 5 times in the last 2 days, all i saw was one single vampire up there.
Once we even roleplayed some time up there, but nothing at all did spawn.

Had a similar experience.
I think Chaos has sent them all on enforced annual leave.
Third floor still has the usual suspects.
