On use i took the shapechanging choice and selected a slaad - then nothing happend - but the cloak was gone.

That's what the cloak says in its clicky.

Shapechange Single Use. IE, when you use it, the cloak is consumed by so doing. The fact it didn't work at all is simply ironic!

It's from the hellshop. It used to work before (a single time).
