Let healing kits be used on full HP characters!

Alright so once in a while I am RPing my character trying to heal someone. She is a mundane healer more then anything thus healing kits, leafs, and other organic healing supplies are a big part of her RP. The problem is if the character in question is mechanically at full HP I am prevented from doing so. If it is an easy fix (like 5 mins or something) to enable kits to be used on full HP characters that would be awesome. If it is something that will take a bunch of time then don't worry about it, I can just learn to deal with it.
