Dragonspear Keep, inside outer walls

The outside areas of the keep spawn devils as appropiate, however, inside the walls it still spawns the orcs.
Also, on the Northern Region, Boareskyr Bridge, the map pin leading to Dragonspear Castle still says, "CR 9", most folks realize whats going on at this point but may help out newer players if this was changed to 'damnation and death', or, CR 30+
