From what I know about this, I suggest the following:

Starting stats: 20, 14, 16, 6, 10, 6
Class split: Bard 3 / Commoner 27

Absolutely no points in perform.

Alright, so in other words, what was requested is the default campfire RP power build... I wish I was joking... I really wish I was joking...

So... How about a Favored Soul/Blackguard with EDM? Or a Bard/Blackguard with EDM? Or some typical arcanist build? What of some awkward HiPSing build?



Anyhow... How about this? http://nwn2db.com/build/?283190 You could drop some of the social skills to get some stealth skills. You can wear light and throw/shoot things with those feats you got and high dexterity score.

Taunt skill is for chirp-chirp-chirp. I guess you could drop Diplomacy and Bluff for stealth to get something more mechanically viable. But anyhow, you got a lot of... Hmn... Weapon Finesse and Insightful strike going on for yourself.
