Revert protection from alignment to old menu-based behavior

Please revert protection from alignment to the old drop-down menu behavior.
Current version is horrible. The custom window used by the spell takes time to appear, has poor responsiveness, and selection cannot be queued properly. Using custom window doesn't make sense, because this is not the situation that needs scripted contents of the window.
This version is a definite huge step back in spell usability.

I am a bit confused by it. Do I need to cast the spell multiple times for protection now? (I.E. once for evil and once for lawful to protect against lawful evil?)

No. Evil means any evil, lawful means any lawful. There is some over lap.

Basically Neutrals are no longer safe against the spell, save true neutral.

With the current version of Prot from Alignment, one can't queue spells now as the spell following it will fail. Agree with Neg that the old dropdown menu version is better.

The spell failure to me is its only drawback

While being able to select law or chaos is cool, agree with the others that the current implementation is less than ideal.

spells that we need to choose delays queued spells(due to pausing and choosing) or make the queued spells fail
example spells:
-summons (summon will fail if you que another spell after it and not choose creatures)
-protection from alignment
suggestion
1. pop up or pre choose what spell you want to cast so everytime you cast the spell it will call the same summon/cast the same protection.(can change it anytime)
example: i want to cast solar everytime i click Epic Gate and dont want to choose anything else(can change it anytime). so everytime i click Epic Gate, i dont have to choose solar again and again. (the Original Epic Gate reaction time USUALLY IS FASTER than normal casting spell time like Vampiric Feast). Now instead of having a fast summon beside you to assist in battle, you have to wait until the spell is cast then choose which summon you want to call which by then your HP is almost half beaten by critical mobs.
2. revert back to the old option so you choose it before casting.
3. for summon : even when you que other spells, the summon should no fail if you pick the creatures late
4. for protection of alignment: do not fail other spells if you click the option late
*i do not intend to say that the changes is not good, they are very good changes, just a suggestion from my a players opinion*
