How would you guys build Rocket from 'Guardians of the Galaxy'?

Wizard/Techsmith with Polymorph extended into werewolf then Reduce Size extended.
EDIT: my bad = 100% spell failure. Nice. Spell casting order reversal, I guess. Plus, get one of those gnomish crossbows.

I would just make a Druid that remains in the Dire Badger shape... Although I guess it would work better for Groot and the Plant shape.
