Good daggers ?

So I am looking for good dagger for my rogue. All I want is +4 EB and some kind of additional damage that is rarely resisted by creatures immune to critical/sneak attacks.
But I am having real hard time finding this.
For example we have "Pims" that are only +2EB 1d4 acid and give 1d6 sneak attack. How ever sneak attack feat does not stack with rogue sneak attack. So this dagger is only good for class that does not have sneak attack. And 1d4 acid is good damage, but just +2 EB is not that good, seeing how expensive this dagger is - it is certanly not worth it.
Ruby dagger gives +4EB and 1d6 against undead. This is nice, but undead are not only enemies resistant to sneak attacks. Which makes this dagger pretty pointless as well.
Next dagger is Spectral. It is +3EB and does negative energy 1d4 bonus. But negative energy is most often resisted by undead and many things resistant to sneak attacks. So again pointless.
Than we have very expensive Wyvern Dagger. This one is +3 does 1d4 acid damage and strenght drain on hit ( what is DC is not specified ) High lvl rogues allready deal str damage on hit with their feat crippling attack, and some comments say the DC is very low too.
So why no just straight +4 dagger with damage bonus ?
On the end it turns that cheapest daggers from Gullykin are superior wit their +3EB and 1d6 electric or fire damage. And they cost 180 000 gold less than some of above mentioned.
