A new post in the bulletin board at Sshamath reads:
"I am currently seeking an individual with exceptional talent in magic and vast knowledge of History. If you are able to help me, I will pay you a very large reward."
//OOC: Looking for an individual with detect magic and Lore History of at least 15 DC to RP. You will be compensated for the RP with gold.
