Question...I didn't notice that there was a class change in Dissonant Chord which was NOT mentioned in this topic:
https://www.bgtscc.net/viewtopic.php?p=623220#p623220
On Kaedrin's Pack, Anti-Magic Melody eats 3 songs per day. But after reading the fine print, it's actually 4 songs per day in bgtscc. I'm guessing that the custom changes link needs updating? Wiki says 4 songs so I'm guessing it's intended.

And fair enough too for a Mords-effect drawing on Bard Song to fuel its use.

Well, I was kinda disappointed. After all, the nwn2 coding bug already gives the Bard multi-classing a huge penalty on # of songs per day. If a bard gets A (one) level of dissonant chord, his song per day gets stucked to 20. So my 15Brd/10SS/5DC is already down to less 10 songs which the build hinges on songs. I guess there's only a few people who went dissonant chord on their build.

Question:
Is there a reason why the target is single only while the spell mord is single or large? If not it is possible to implement the Aoe effect too just like in the case of the spell?

I get the part that it is ICly not a mord but it is a similar effect mechanically in the form of a spell like ability, or am I wrong about the mechanism here?
