I have a character who is currently Cleric 5/Wizard 7/Master Alchemist 5/ASoC 7. She does not have Practiced Spellcaster, so she only has 19 caster levels in Wizard for purposes of calculating spells per day. So she should have three level 9 spell slots, plus one level 9 spell slot because of +10 Intelligence modifier (this modifier includes Spellcasting Prodigy), for a total of four level 9 spell slots.
For some reason, she has not four, but five level 9 spell slots. In the training module, this becomes six level 9 spell slots by the time she is done leveling to 30.
I suspect a glitch with Master Alchemist is giving this extra level 9 spell slot.
One more 9th level spellslot than I should have?

Generalist or specialist? If the first, then bug. If second, there's the bonus spell slot.

Generalist. I can never bring myself to sacrifice an entire school of spells.
