Roaringshore: Fishing Spots and Restable locations.

Could we please get some fishing locations added to the docks areas in Roaringshore.
Also, can we have the area as restable please? Some character types that are perfectly comfortable with resting outside cannot. And those same types may dislike being required to rest inside a strangely magical tavern with floating persons.
