could we add a proximity text to them?

like the ones for the landmarks

it could explain/define the board and its uses, etc

it would make them more visible

Are you serious ? Who doesn't know what a board is used for ? And IC wise it's full of messages visually.

i was just thinking of what the text would say

the real purpose of the text would be to let ppl know "HEY, HERE IS THE BULLETIN BOARD"
