Possible issue in Mountain Ogre cave - Troll Claws

So Monday and again today when in the Troll Claws Mountain Ogre Cave I have had the game lock up when going through the room on the far east of the map (with a chest and two gold piles). Could be just me, but odd that it occurred in the exact same place, and I rarely ever experience game lockups or crashes when playing.
