I've been browsing the forum and have yet to find any guides on how to properly distribute skill points. Every once in a while I'll see a post that says "You only need 15 points in this skill or that skill to be effective"
My question is, what is the max points you should put into skills to get the most out of them, without wasting points that could be distributed elsewhere?
Obviously skills like heal/tumble/spellcraft are self explanatory, but I'm curious about things like taunt, lore, spot, etc.

Cross-class skill: max 16, Class skill: max 33.
Spellcraft - you gain +1 against spells every five ranks. 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30.
Tumble - you gain +1 dodge AC every ten ranks. 10, 20, 30.
Parry - you gain +1 deflection AC every 6 ranks with Duelist 7. 6, 12, 18, 24, 30.
Open Lock - you can open locks for a bit of experience. 1, 5, 10, 16, 33.
Use Magic Device - you can use wands and items. 13~, 33.
Other skills tend to be something you want to maximise to 33 or just enough to meet PRC requirements.
