This is probably my fault but I would appreciate some help. I had some stored RCR xp, enough to take a non ECL char to lvl 3 and 30% (approx.). I created a character with the same name (at least I think that is the issue) as an existing char, withdrew the RCR xp and logged. Now I cannot see him in the pool. I did it once again to check (made another char, same name), cannot see the second char either.
Not a lot of xp but if it can be fixed I'd be grateful.

The character list will not show characters of the same name. All characters need to have different names to be visible.
Thus to fix it, the characters have to be renamed. Thus... You need to contact a server admin with your login information and maybe list the other characters you have, and then ask those problem characters to be renamed. That should fix the issue.
