Xvart Shaman permanent slow

It does not look like intentional thing, but if you fail a will save vs their spikes spell you will be permanently slowed until rest. That slow duration is probably 1h/lvl right now, but it looks wrong.

Yup. This came up once before. The spell is Spike Growth. Freedom of Movement will grant immunity and also remove its debuff.
