I made a mistake - RCR or Change the build?

Unfortunately, I just realized I made a mistake at the previous level up when selecting feats, simply because I've been levelling the character as I go with an overall build in mind - but it seems that might not be possible now. So either I shift to a different build or I RCR.
Currently the character is a Cleric 7 / Dreadmaster 3.
I was aiming for something like: Cleric / Dreadmaster / Thaumaturge / Hierophant.
As it seems I won't be able to to meet the feat Prereqs. in time for it to conform to the 3b20 rule.
Currently the character has these feats from levels:
Able Learner
Fiendish Heritage
Fiendish Presence
Skill Focus (Intimidate)
Leadership
From class:
Spell Focus: (Enchantment)
Currently his race stats:
- Str: 14
- Dex: 10
- Con: 10
- Int: 14
- Wis: 18
- Cha: 14
So currently I could go Cleric / DM / Hierophant - being a full caster cleric.
- now obviously I wanted to go with a summoner route.
But there are other options available - preferably something caster oriented.
- Cleric / Mage perhaps?
So should I RCR or consider changing to a different overall build?

You're still in free rcr level so if you want to go after Thaumaturge you're free to do so. If you see the character going a different way then roll with it.

True, but sometimes when going with the flow it makes one having to consider new possibilities - which is what I'm doing now, so I don't RCR and then realize that I really didn't have to, or the other way around that I just continue then realize it would've been better to RCR at level 10.

Human Cleric 7/Dreadmaster 7/Hierophant 3/Thaumaturge 3 should be possible if you just drop the Fiendish Presence. You are better off just casting Fear as an actual spell rather than through that feat.
Anyhow, if you want to keep it, you need to delay it:
Level 1: Able Learner, Fiendish Heritage, Domain: (Spell Focus: Enchantment)
Level 3: Skill Focus (Intimidate)
Level 6: Leadership
Level 9: Any Metamagic Feat for Hierophant
Level 12: Spell Focus: Conjuration
Level 15: Greater Spell Focus: Conjuration
Level 18: Fiendish Presence

This means RCR'ing - would that be best?
Because its also very possible to build this guy towards being a more combat like cleric with the Cleric / Dreadmaster / Hierophant.
I could also add in 3 levels of blackguard for aura of dispair and divine blessing, not sure if they're worth 3 casterlevels - but with PSC then it wouldn't be too bad I reckon. Aura of dispair would synergise well with dominating aura.

If you are happy with your original concept, yeah RCR would be for the best.
As for build a more combat like cleric, bse 14 strength and Divine Power makers any cleric combat like. I think you would be happier with a DC based cleric, so if you drop the Spell Focus: Conjuration feats, and Fiendish Heritage feats, you should be able to add Blackguard with ease.
Cleric 7/Blackguard 3/Dreadmaster 10/Hierophant 10 is a solid build, it gets pretty good spell DCs. But the question is, are you going to take extra feats to improve Enchantment, Evocation, Conjuration, or Necromancy shool of spell DCs? Dominate Monster is a level 9 spell Enchantment spell from your Enchantment school of magic, Evocation contains the clear majority of the offensive cleric spells, Conjuration boosts your summons and Storm of Vengeance, while Necromancer does the same with Undead and save or die spells.
Cleric 7/Blackguard 5/Dreadmaster 10/Hierophant 8 is another build to consider. You get +1d6 sneak attack dice, and the Blackguard Hellhound as an RP additional summon. As a DC cleric you only truly desires the Spell Power feats from Hierophant, so you can make do with just 6 or 8 levels of Hierophant. I would pick Blast Infidel for double Harms if you picked Necromancy Spell Focuses, Inscribe Runes, additional Metamagic feat, or Advanced Divine Spell Power if you grabbed
Divine Spell Power with a regular feat.

Feel fortunate that it is not a wizard. When you RCR with your divine spell power, it costs no money to replenish your spell list.
Also, just keep in mind that Thaumaturge, as it is, you want to be level 5 before you can (or as you can) cast Greater Planar Ally or Planar Ally. This will make your leveling so much easier as you can have two summons out to help with damage and armor sharing.

I was leaning on improving enchantment and taking necromancy and improving that as well.
If I was taking spell focus conjuration, I might as well go for thaumaturge.
Though I'm not sure that I can get both Hierophant and Blackguard in without RCR'ing, since I will need a metamagic, power attack and cleave.
...because the class is selected before feats I'm not sure if I can take the qualifying feat on the same levels as when I enter the PrC.

Warpriest comes with a -1 to all saves aura, costs one feat: Combat Casting. (Requires 8 ranks in Diplomacy and 5 ranks in Spot.) It also gives free Tower Shield and Martial Weapon Proficiency, so it is something to consider.

I recall that if you're level 10 or below its a 100% of the xp that can be transfered - according to the RCR npc its only 50%.

Something to let folks know in the Bug reports section.
It still functions as the forums states.
