NWN2 CE chat log bug

Hello,
For about a month, the client extender will not log either chat or combat info for my main PC. When I log onto my alt, it does log the info.
I've tried reinstalling the chatlog, going through ini settings to enable/disable the chat log there, and have tried finding info to fix this. . . with no luck. Does anyone have any clue as to how to fix this?
