Stormlords of Talos can use spears. Then again, a stormlord is pretty much an opposite of valkyrie.

Spears also make a good weapon master weapon. I believe spears also work with portion of duelist abilities.

I think in general favored soul of a deity with favored weapon: spear would do it.

Such deities are: Talos, Hoar, Lurue, Angarradh (elven), Baervan Wildwanderer(Gnome), Gruumsh (Orcish).
