Character missing

Hi there,
I made a character (well, two, both by the same name, perhaps why this issue has arisen?) yesterday, and when I tried to log in on my (level 3 version) of this fighter, it was gone. Only the level 1 remained.
Any chance of having my character restored?

You have to disguise your character and give him another name. Then log out with the disguised name. The Vault should show both chars again.
Same name chars are overlapping in the Vault. Avoid that and make sure to log out with different names.

Would just deleting the lower level character work?

Deleting the level 1 character should work, yes. Or having a DM rename them.
Essentially, you can only have one character with the same name in your vault at the same time, so you just need to fix it so that there's no longer two characters with the same name in there.
