Crafted Invisibility Potions require you to select a target
Very counter-intuitive. Didn't know this was gonna be the case - just ate a death that would've been avoided if they targeted the user instead of asking for a target.

Yeah the master alchemist potions and elixirs work like scrolls and that sucks.
Is there a way to not have to target yourself? I mean they are potions.

crafted potions have always been like that
idk if you can change it but if you do that would also mean you couldnt use them to target anyone else or an area if you had something like a darkness potion

You cannot click your own character and then press the hotbar buttons for your potions?

You can but it's an extra step to remember that could cost a precious second or two vs. just buying an invis potion from a store that works instantly.Sun Wukong wrote:You cannot click your own character and then press the hotbar buttons for your potions?
I'd hope targeted offensive spells worked differently as potions, or had a different name on creation! But yeah, it's odd that store-bought potions operate super differently from crafted ones.Is there a way to not have to target yourself? I mean they are potions.

As it stands, it makes them harder to use in emergencies, since you have to right-click yourself / your portrait and THEN use the potion. This is fine for self-buffs and such, but emergency Heal, Invisibility and the like are less handy in such situations.
