Druid cavestalker can't take dragon shape?

Some of the topics got me curious lately about cavestalker builds, wondering what sort of builds they would compliment.
Anyway, figured the stock standard druid combination would be worth investigating in the builder.

And asked myself, could you get a cavestalker druid dragon build. CS3/D27

On the wiki page for cavestalker, it states
(but change the dragon shape feat to require 27 levels of Druid)
Tossed the druid/cavestalker into nwn2db builder and low and behold, @lvl30 (lvl27 druid) there is no Feat selection available for that level.

As such one could not make a dragon druid cavestalker.

Anyone else notice whether this is correct or incorrect?

I do not think that Cavestalkers are allowed to become dragons, but in a way, it is not like the dragonshape is that big of an improvement over the Elder Elemental shapes.

I guess if you could get a 100% RCR, you might be able to make that Dragon Druid Cavestalker, but then again, it would be quite obvious that the character violates the '3by20' rule.

I'm fairly sure you can make a dragon druid who has 3 levels of another class. Although since Dragon Shape scales off of druid level (at druid level 28 and 30 it gets better ability scores/AC IIRC), it wouldn't have a dragon shape as powerful as a pure druid (which has a dragon shape that is a huge improvement over elder elemental shapes).

EDIT: My mistake. Apparently you can't take cavestalker and dragon shape together. There's apparently this line in the changed cavestalker class "Increase wildshape uses (but change the dragon shape feat to require 27 levels of Druid)". Which specifically prevents such a thing from happening. Although I'm not entirely sure why such a decision was made, it wouldn't be nearly as powerful as druid 30 with dragon shape, due to the scaling with druid levels.

At least you can be a giant earth elemental cavestalker in the Underdark. There's something thematic about that.

And you can also summon a literal swarm of earth elementals.
