One Shot - Sneak Attack

Where "one shot" deals maximum damage, if the attack qualifies for sneak damage, does "one shot" maximize the sneak damage as well?

Does One shot use all actions up for the round?

Does Multishot and Improve Rapid Shot work with One shot?
