Some questions regarding Daggerspell Mage

I'm still rather new to the server, I play Renoldo, currently 6/4/3(sorc/DSM/Rogue). I don't feel as though I'm getting the full benefits of my class, and I wanted to find out if perhaps it's bugged, or if I'm just reading the feedback from my spells wrong.
I did a little testing, for reference this is all being done with 8BaB, a +3dex modifier(weapon finesse), and a mainhand dagger with +2 Enhancement and +1d4(fire). Plus weapon focus (dagger) and two-weapon fighting, obviously. My attack bonus on my mainhand is +12/+7 in total.
The attack bonus on my melee touch attacks (Shocking Grasp) appears to be +8 regardless of whether I have my daggers equipped or not. This seems to not take into account either the +3 to-hit I have from weapon finesse when using my daggers, or the +2 enhancement on the dagger itself. Without Maximize Spell I can't really tell if there is any impact on the damage, but it only ever provides electrical damage as feedback. Never physical or fire as I would expect from a dagger attack.
For ranged touch attacks (Ice Darts) there was a 3 point change in my attack bonus with or without daggers. Being 11 without (8BaB +3Dex) and 14 with. (2 enhancement bonus from dagger, maybe? Not sure where the other point comes from.) It may be worth noting that the damage with daggers on Ice Darts was significantly higher with the daggers on, though. While the kolbolds I was testing on never survived the physical portion of the damage, that physical damage tended to be about 10 points higher with daggers equipped. Again, without Maximize Spell there's some room to assume it's just good rolls.
So, I'm trying to figure out why it is I'm getting no bonus on my melee touch attacks - At least nothing approaching the bonus I'm supposed to have with dagger attacks. I'm also unsure if I'm ever getting any bonus damage from my daggers, as none of my spells ever show the physical or fire damage that my mainhand dagger applies.
I'd appreciate some clarity from anyone who knows the class better than myself.
