Yes I know read the title and thinking why maybe I want to play shadow dancer for mostly the RP reason, or would like to not be everyone else built never been much for the cookie cuter ;) .

Now as expected having trouble finding one that's working for me (multiple ig rcr's already), my poor tiefling can't to much or deal much, yes sneaky geared so low ac anyway but ye.

Looking for idea's how to make a TEN shadow dancer work on the server, mostly rp focused but still able to do something in pvm / pvp (not squish in two seconds) and still be sneaky when need to be.

Yes already been told " just go assassin then " I know that the smart person opinion but I really want to see if I can get the shadow dancer working.

The few I already got or looked at, even playing atm

So any idea's suggestions would be super,

Please and Thank you,
Your local Flirty Teifling

If I wanted an Epic Dodge Two-Weapon Fighting Weapon Master, I would probably go for a build like this: http://nwn2db.com/build/?285209 Yet, the fact remains that it is terrible against DR, and critical hit immunity.

Thus I would just ignore the above build and go for something like this: http://nwn2db.com/build/?285210 This build has damage output and it is not as terrible sneaker as you would believe. Not to mention that the Shadow Evade ability does give you some defensive abilities from DR to concealment.

Hmm never would have thought duelist, luckily do have Belt of Growth somewhere on my chars. Could also bring her back to Sythe instead of spear-like, how she started using when I first made her, so could go back to her roots with that one. She started as a zerk fighter but rp and interactions evolved her, hence the mostly rp based idea.

Rogue20/sd10. Works fine.

I play a rogue16/whirling dervish4/sd10.

You can also make pretty good archers with sd10 and get epic dodge on an archer, which is a rare thing to see, indeed. Fighter12/bard3/elemental archer5/sd10 comes to mind, for instance (or rogue3 instead of bard3).

Nice builds Sun & Deathgrowl. I will stea... copy them.

Regarding Rog20/SD10. I would probably drop WF Dagger and one Great DEX. Leaves two free feats. Maybe Com.Exp. and Deadly Defense?

Because it is wrong.

Try this one: http://nwn2db.com/build/?285238

At least that one can deal sneak attacks on those pesky critical hit immunities. (You can also make use of any +sneak weapon you stumble upon.)

Yeah, you get 12d6 sneak attack dice in total with those two Improved Sneak Attack feats.

You could get up to 13d6 if you raise your starting dexterity to 19 or 20. (You can swap that Great Dexterity feat for another Improved Sneak Attack Dice.

Also, because most 'epic' sneak items have that +3 dexterity, it might make sense to leave your dexterity odd. The build I linked earlier could just gulp down potions of Cat's Grace for +4 Dexterity, which can 'Stun Lock' some enemy mobs into spamming their dispel spells. But a part of me really prefers that undispellability.

You could lower strength to 11, constitution to 13, and make use of that Belt of Growth for +3 in both. Thus you can raise your startinh dexterity to 20. Now, if you are going to use a Belt of Stalker for +2 to Hide and Move Silently, you are just down by -1 in stealth skills if you decide to do it this way.

Also, pick Wild Child as your backround trait as it grants +1 to both Hide and Move Silently. Every little bit helps, after all.
