Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

... is being that guy, standing out front of BG and spamming "How will I ever get it back?".

I can only assume this NPC is forlornly musing about how to get his name back. Can anyone help him out? It would lessen the probability of any other players from experiencing a 'WTF?' moment as they walk past him.

(there we no DM's on, and no kittens were harmed, during the time of this oddity)

He has a quest which, if the Fist heard it and saw a player complete it, really should get the player character arrested >.>

Perhaps he's Internal Affairs checking the integrity of the Fists? o.0

I figured he was a quest-giver... but, for the sake of my shattered immersion( ), I couldn't bring myself to click him.

That guy also has a glitch, where anyone in the BG East Farmlands hears his speech, as well as the response of the person talking to him whenever he is clicked on.

I'll be sitting at the fire, and in my chat log, I'll see him asking for the person to dig up his mother and retrieve her ring, and the then I'll see the response of whoever is clicking on him.

Nope he has a NPC conversation for players! Is a quest giver.
