Already a possibility. Take the feat "Improved Critical: Ranged Touch Attack" and you'll roll criticals on 19-20.

you see when some one pick the archmage prc you will lose many spell slots and there for there is this spell matter of if it a range spell you use while you use the arcne fire there is a chance to miss couse of the roll one and those that is a archmage well lose many shoot and thrre for many blast from the arcane fire and it only
a lvl 9 spell with that do hight dmg witht arcane fire and you dont wish to miss couse only have few last cast with lvl 9 and lvl 8 and lvl 7 and then you miss you hit that is hard you cant it is not a same with a warrior when you lose a hit or with a warlock couse you have unlimite power
tha tis why i say give taht 5 % more in the archmage prc so we dont have to pick that improved critical range touch attack feat
this what vale ford say arcane fire is pretty good and there's no need to buff it

Arcane fire is very decent if you built your character around it. If you didn't then of course it's just a flavor ability and you'd probably be better off just picking Disintegrate 3/day.

well i have build a round the Arcane fire but i still think that to pick feat Improved Critical - Ranged Touch Attack to get 5 % more to you Arcane fire so you have 10 % to crit is not much whan you know you can miss and have lesse unlimity blast like the warlock
