C++ Transition Error

I seem to get C++ Errors relatively inconsistently when I transition from the Reaching Woods to the Northern Tradeway. It doesn't appear to happen for any other transition I've been in, and it only happens in the one direction.
I'm not sure if this has something to do with the game or not, but I figured I should report it.

I had that same error there, and then also in a party while in the Vault of the Dead. We all three DC'd with that error on every (literally) transition in there.

I had one of these in transition from Troll Claws Ogre Cave down to Titanfist. Only time I've ever had that one.

Win10. Never had this error on Sigil ( and that server makes you crash plenty!)

First time in months i get the same crash at exactly the same location(usually during transition, other people crashes and not me, today i did not prevail and perish to the desktop)

I was able to catch the error but not reproduce it just yet, I'll let you know when I get it figured out.

What operating system are you all using?
Might be unrelated to BGTSCC and more with Windows updates and NWN2.
I've never seen this on another server. This is also relatively new, started happening in the past couple months for me. I use Windows 10 on one computer, and Windows 7 on the other computer. Both seem to suffer it.
C++ errror

This has happened two times so far on two different occasions upon interaction with the transition from the top floor going down one floor in the Cloakwood North West, Haunted area as shown bellow.
