Suggestion to change default communication language.

As per this discussion: Ban the use of non-english languages
I think it would be a good idea to be able to switch to a preferred/native language so whenever you're not using the language tool the preferred/native language will be the default language you speak in. Also there are a lot of issues with not being able to do this, for instance one of them is that it forces every player to use the language tool every time they're going to speak natively. I know people can just say that since they're the only around (to their knowledge) they can just retcon it and say it was in a different language or they can write the language: then the message - Example: Elven: "The Message". But the problem with this approach is that if there other people nearby who don't speak this language they might assume it was just in common or they ignore the language part metagame on it. Some players seem to think that they should use third party sources for languages and force other players that play the same race or who speaks the language just to be able to communicate properly, which detracts a lot from the fun of the game because requires alot of extra time and effort to learn this language - and there is a language tool in the game, its there to be used. There is a lot of good reasons for implementing this, where this was just a few of them.
I don't know if this would be difficult to implement but it makes a great deal of sense why this should be in, and without it its quite the hassle for those that are playing as a different race or ethnic group where they find themselves to be communicating more in that language than in common.
