Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I returned to NWN2 a few months ago and made a few alt characters as I had my main as a 27 paladin. I had to log on him last night to assist my brother's character and when I went to go lay hands on him I realized that it was no longer listed on my bar. I thought that was weird, so I looked through the feat list and sure enough it's gone there too. In fact, my turn undead is also gone. I know people are going to mention about the paladin class kits, but I have not used any of them on this character as I retired it before those even came out.

Is this some kind of bug? Resting doesn't help and waiting for server reset doesn't help. What is the fix for this?

Ask a DM to lower your exp 1 exp below your level and kill one monster, leveling up should clean this.
