Tried to login with my fiancée today after work ((we share a router)) and have both received connection error. again and again. and then that turned into. conection error YOU ARE BANNED!!
What in high heck is going on? could sure use some help. we both played last night with nothing weird happening in game or at login. both follow the rules and are completely confused what is going on. ANy help would be appreciated thanks

You were possibly 'banned' due to packet flooding, (anti-DDoS function) during your spamfest to rejoin. As for the original connection error, it is possible you were attempting to connect during a server reset or crash.
Hopefully one of the Admins can take a look at this for you.
