Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I'm trying to take my 2nd Ranger level on a character I made because I saw the server has an option for an "Animal Companion" combat style. There's also an option displayed for "Two Handed", beyond the usual "Two Weapon" and "Archery" options the base game provides.

When I try to click on one of these two options, the side-bar text remains the same as either "Archery" or "Two Weapon" depending on which one I had highlighted before selecting "Two Handed" or "Animal Companion".

Further, when progressing to the next screen with either of the two options selected the level-up breakdown at the end displays me gaining the feat for either "Two Weapon" or "Archery" depending on which was being displayed on the side-bar.

I'm assuming this is either unfinished or cut content, but I'd like to get that confirmed before I decide whether/how to RCR this character.

This is cut content, we do not have 2 handed weapon style, nor an animal companion one (first time i read about it even ). Only two-weapon or archery styles.

I wonder if this is the one where you grab your pet panther by the tail and start swinging it around.
