[BUYING] Captain looking for upgrades and ruby around BG

Captain Vala Reyer visits various merchants looking for a few different things. It looks like she wants to upgrade a good part of her gear. These things range from rings, gloves or gauntlets to amulets that include special enhancements. She also asks about if anyone knows anyone selling a ruby gem.
Looking for:
Boots: Dodge AC (+3/4) + bonus feat toughness
Amulet: Natural AC (+3/4) + (+3 dex and/or +2/4 wisdom)
Ring or gloves/gauntlets with a combination of any of the following (+2/4 charisma, +3 dex, +2/4 wisdom, +2/4 constitution)
"I might be able to trade for something too. Not sure I have what you might be looking for but it is worth a shot."

If Vala happens o pass by a blue tent and a stall with a sign, Seraphina could spontaniously recommend something.

Cold Respite -- 80 bags (normal 119) -- EQ
Type : boots
+3AC, bonus feat spring attack, bonus feat toughness, +15% cold immunity
Otherwise the polite half elf would hand a catalogue to her that shows many items from different places.
"Here you can see the most wanted items already. Maybe you might find one or the other items that answers to your ideas?"

The merchant known as Finneaus Du'Veil of the Sword Coast Commercial Exchange would seek the good Captain out. With a tip of his cap he would advise her.

I currently have 3 Rubies available for purchase. Your offer price is acceptable and I can be found at the Sword Coast Commercial Exchange whenever you have wish to acquire 1 or more such gems. Feel free to advise me if you have need of any others as well.
