Trying to log in for the first time - Banned

I'm new here, just tried to log in the game for the first time today, and it says I've been banned.

Are you using a unique CD key, or a CD key you picked up off the Internet? Most of the CD keys you can find online have been banned (as a result of people using them and then getting themselves banned).

If you're using a brand new copy of the game with an original CD key, shoot me a PM. I'll need to know your in game username and what the error code says when it disconnects (unless it is just "You have been banned").
