A notice would be left at the Friendly Arm Inn by Huego Bellecovum.
"I have had a set of Half Plate armor come into my possession which is made out of Mithril. If anyone is interested, leave a bid here. We will start the bidding at one hundred thousand coins. ((100,000)). The bidding will end in 72 hours."
