Bob the merchant has been hired again. He seems to be seeking rings that carry at least a third tier enchantment of dexterity or wisdom. Additional effects are always welcome it seems.
He offers coin in exchange and barters for the prices.

The merchant was very happy to accept the deal, and a writ of withdrawal was exchanged for a ring.
Bob keeps looking for more such trinkets.
