Torchfighting questions

Has this feat been implemented as described in the wiki? If so, I have a few questions...

1) Does it work in combination with combat modes such as Combat Expertise or, especially, Flurry?
2) Does it work in combination with other selected modes such as Northlander Hewing?
3) If the answer to 2) is yes, does it disable One Weapon or work alongside it (with the torch not being regarded as a real weapon)?
4) Does it remove the 2-handed bonus?
5) Does it disable Precise Strike?
6) If it does count as a weapon, given that it is affected by TWF, does it also enable Two-Weapon Defense?
7) What does the 'dazzle' effect comprise?

1- torchfighting works with flurry. BUT Intuitive Attack is disabled, no idea if it works with Weapon Finesse.
