Does Shadow Simulacrum work on those mini-bosses / lieutenants spawned dynamically?

Does Protection from Alignment protects one from Battle Precognition? Though Precog is a divination spell but it seems to be mind-affecting..

It has a chance to fail as the description says on the spell.

As for Precog I am not quite sure but by reading this
Battle PrecognitionEdit
Caster Level(s): Sor / Wiz 8, Planning 9
Innate Level: 8
School: Divination
Component(s): Verbal, Somatic
Range: Personal
Area of Effect / Target: Self
Duration: round / level
Save: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

You perform a divination and predict the actions of nearby hostile creatures with the intent of attacking you. If a subject attempts to attack you he automatically misses all attacks that round unless he passes either his will save or spell resistance check. For each affected target you must also succeed on a concentration skill check each round. The DC for the check is 10 + the target's base attack bonus. An additional DC point is added for every 2 hit dice the target possesses. Two more DC points are added for every additional enemy you roll against in the same round. The first enemy that round is +0, the second +2, and so on. If you fail the concentration check you predict the subject's attacks but do not manage to evade them.

If the target is under the effects of a Non-Detection ward you must succeed in a roll against that spell before any other saves are rolled.
I don't think so but again I am not sure! It doesnt come across as mind effecting to the PC you are trying to read the actions of but again I am not certain. Give it a test!

As a sorcerer, I need to be very sure before I take the spell as there’s no way, short of a RCR, to fix wrong spell selections at spell levels 8 & 9.
