augment summoning

Seems to be applying, then after a few seconds Str and Con both drop down. This was with Gtr Planar Binding, all forms

It's normal.

The Augment is applied but NOT blued up, so you can further buff the summons (with Bulls, Bears, etc.).

The left is when the summon appears and the right shot about 3 secs later, so STR and CON, (whilst NOT blue but clearly increased) actually decrease for some reason. Im guessing it may be the +HD application for greater spellfocus conjuration?

Then if you look at a the none augment summon version of that guy, he should only have 25 str when summoned.

my point is why is there a reduction being made at all? why does STR start at 28 then get reduced to 27?

The HD14 has 22 str

Its how the scripts work. I pointed this out months/years ago—can’t find the thread—but if I remember correctly it’s done this way so the Summons can be further buffer beyond augmentation.

Ok, so something along the lines of a workaround fix, if we +5 then -1 it allows further buffing , rather than +4 which wouldn't.

I ll make a post about it in the QC forums, however, unless the summons are considered weak, it wont get bumped. I understand that it looks meh to have an odd stat, however, it can always be rounded down ( thus gaining no bonus ) instead of up.
