Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I haven't played in a long time. My account is still good, in that my archived character is still there when I log in, which is successful. When I try to get in after selecting my character, I get the 'You have been booted' message.

I tried reinstalling game, ended up having to download all 2GB of files, which went really smoothly BTW. Did not work.

I think the reason is that I used to have NWN2 on an old game store account that is now defunct and I bought a new copy from GOG. So my cd keys have changed. If having a cd key that doesn't match an old one on file with the bgtcc server would spit out the 'You are booted' message I'm thinking that that is the problem.

How would I go about getting that fixed, if I'm right about that being the problem?
