A note goes up the Friendly Arms, reading:
"I have happened upon a ring that provides fourth tier protection and am looking to sell. I have already received a bid from a reputable source for 100,000 gold. Any further bids?
The ring also contains fourth tier protection against chaotic creatures, which seems a bit redundant to me. I've no idea what the mage who created it was thinking.
