how can i craft perfected alchemist fire?

You can either take Master Alchemist levels or put points in Craft Alchemy skill and look for plants around the server which provide useful effect. I think some of them can give alchemist fire, but it's been a long time so not certain.

Druid spell also makes them too i believe. (may be an arcane one too i cant remember exactly.

Master Alchemist has a feat that can make them.
Druids and Clerics (Sun and Fire Domains only) can also make them, with a spell called Fire Seeds.
